多年来一直从事低碳资源的绿色化工转化、新型电化学储能材料的可控制备及储能作用-失效机制的应用基础研究工作。以通讯作者在包括Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Functional Materials、Journal of Catalysis等SCI期刊发表文章30余篇,他引近1500次;申请专利8项;主持并完成包括国家自然科学基金、中国科学院 “西部之光”人才项目和GF预研项目、甘肃省自然科学基金、企业技术委托(开发)项目若干项(其中,化工技术成果成功转化两套),同时作为骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金和省部级科研项目。
